At Savvy Chic Boutique & Consignment, we accept ladies designer clothing and brand name labels, handbags, shoes, belts, jewelry and accessories. Items must be in season, (See Schedule Below) and only 2 style years old. Items MUST BE clean (dry-cleaned or laundered), neatly folded. NO HANGERS PLEASE. Items MUST BE free of smoke or any other odors, stains, holes, tears, missing buttons, fading, frayed linings, pet hair or any excessive wear. We DO NOT accept maternity clothes, swimwear or undergarments.

Consignment In-Take Schedule

  • March 15th – Spring
  • April 15th – Summer
  • August 15th – Fall
  • October 15th – Winter

Consignment Guidelines

No Appointment is Necessary. Items will be examined for consignment or direct buy while you wait, depending on the amount of items and how much research is required for pricing, this could take up to 1-hour. We also have a stash and dash ticket where you drop off your items for evaluation and we will call you the next day for completion of the transaction. You will receive a ticket with an item count and I.D. number for return processing. We want to be able to give you the most competitive pricing possible, so your items sell quickly and you get paid even faster. Please do not be offended if we are not able to accept all of your items for consignment. Please understand we are committed to providing our customers the finest quality merchandise. As a general rule, if we can’t sell it, we can’t consign it!!

What We DO NOT Accept:

Savvy Chic will not accept any clothing with stains, missing buttons, holes, tears, odors (smoke, mothballs) frayed linings, pet hair, excessive wear, nor counterfeits of any kind.

Mark Downs:

Items are marked down 20% after 25-days, and 40% after 50-days.

Contract Split:

50 / 50 – Consignor will receive 50% of the selling price

Consignor Payout Terms

When your merchandise sells, your account is credited for your percentage. You may come in at any time to get your money (Cash under $50, Check over $50) or receive an in-store credit voucher that will also include an additional 10% off your in store purchase. Checks are mailed out on the 15th of each month only.


Savvy Chic will set the price of your items based on the original price, condition and current market demand for the merchandise. We pride ourselves on being fashion minded and keep up with the latest styles and trends. We do our research to assure your merchandise is reasonably priced for the best return on your investment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, all prices are set at our discretion. You are welcome to take your item back if you are not happy with our pricing. However, the resale value does depend on the brand, condition and type of item.


We offer a 30-day lay-a-way on purchases of $100 or more. A 30% deposit is due at the time of Lay-a-way with the remaining balance due within 30 days. There is a $3.00 non-refundable fee payable in advance. No Sale or Clearance merchandise is allowed to be put on layaway. No Coupons, Promotions or Discounts can be used. Only one (1) open lay-a-way is allowed at a time. If merchandise is not picked up at the end of the 30-day layaway period you will be assessed a $10 storage fee that will be added to your total lay-a-way cost.
